Foxglen Himself is a remarkable stallion with a magnificent presence. He is by Finbarr out of Sally and has 10" of good flat bone. He was foaled in 1991 and stands 16'2"h. He is true to type and very athletic with elastic gaits. His temperament is outstanding and he is a true ambassador of the breed.

He was born in Great Britain and imported to the U.S. as a nine year old. He has won several awards including: 2005 Grand Sire of Royal Show Champion; 2005 Sire of Royal Show ridden class winner; 2005 Sire of IDHS(NA) Pure Bred Foal Champion; 2005 Sire of IDHS(NA) Part Bred Foal Res.Champion (highest by pure bred stallion); 2004 IDHS(NA) Supreme Show Champion and 2004 Supreme Pure Bred Performance Reserve Champion.

He is the sire of many successful purebred and partbred stock including a recently approved RID stallion named Carrickrock Close Shave who is currently standing in Ireland.
